About me and my art...

Hand-fabricating jewelry is a passion for me and I hope, as an artist, to share that passion with others through my designs.

All of my pieces are designed/fabricated solely by me, utilizing a wide array of materials and techniques. I love working with metal - sterling, copper, bronze, and brass - sometimes all at once! I like mixing in other elements such as gemstones, artisan beads (lampwork, polymer clay, ceramic), Czech and Austrian glass, torch-fired enamels, mixed-media elements and more. Most findings, such as earwires, bails, clasps, are also handcrafted by me or other artisans. I do use mass-manufactured components occasionally, but usually as a last resort.

My inspiration mostly comes from nature, but also textiles, photography, antiquity, and music. I love using unexpected color combinations!
